"This is an amazing pharmacy, with genuinely caring people. Just like in the old days, when Rosenberg was a small town and only had one or two local pharmacies. Those pharmacists knew their customers and their families, and they looked after them. I get that same feeling every time I visit this, my, HEB Pharmacy on Circle Oak Parkway in Richmond. We’ve lost count of the number of times they have gone out of their way to be helpful and caring."

"Horrible storre. Extremely rude employees. Would not me to pay through goohle pay and said 2 bad. Avoid this store al all costs. They do nor care about there customers. Horrible store. They should be shut down. Food that is expired, old and I even fond oarnges with mold on them. Nor ro mention all the expires fruit and protein bars."

"Great pharmacy service at the Circle Oak Pk, Richmond, Tx. Pharmacy. My only complaint is I hv requested to ALWAYS GET “EASY OPEN” BOTTLES. In This morning’s delivery the 2 Perscription bottles were hard to open. One was so hard, I had to get my son to open it. When I tried to call the pharmacy to make sure that info is on my information, I kept getting a recording saying everyone was busy & to call back. 1st time Iv ever had that happen. After “3” tries I gave up. I’m a Loyal Customer & sure don’t like NOT being able to talk to someone, even if put on HOLD for a bit. Rebecca Barnett"

"We changed to HEB pharmacy after 4 years of using another pharmacy when we moved to Richmond, and the difference is amazing! The staff at HEB are great: friendly greeting, helpful with insurance and other issues, respectful even when customers are frustrated, and there is usually just a short wait to be helped. Doing business with them feels more like a 'small town' rather than a 'big box' pharmacy. We have used various pharmacies when we lived in 5 different states over the years, most of which were good, and this HEB is the best! Sorry for such a long review, there is not enough room to describe the positive experiences we have had in the short time we have used them. Super job, keep up the good work!!!"
