"The worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. This place needs to close down immediately. I had my car robbed in the parking lot, the staff is incredibly shady, they conveniently place the signs to take your valuables out of the car in places where they are not obvious and the security cameras are conveniently placed so they do not capture anything. The place needs to be shut down. The police were notified of the event that happened, unfortunately, they could not do much, but people looking to stay here, do not stay. Stay anywhere else but here."

"I've been a regular Holiday Inn customer for decades. This place is clean, conveniently located, and well-run. The rooms possibly need a bit of an update but everything worked and was fully functional. The breakfast was great as usual. I ran into a bit of a problem with the reservation but Brandy the manager was understanding and took care of it promptly."

"Not the best Holiday Inn I've stayed at. Housekeeping left a couple small dirty rags on a shelf - no big deal, but the bathroom fan didn't work and there was only one bath towel. It's also close to the highway and a noisy hotel. Got in late and only for one night, so it wasn't worth contacting the front desk. Just something to consider for future visits to the area."

"This was an absolutely horrendous experience, and if I had the option, I would rate it zero. Our stay turned into a complete nightmare when we chose to stay here for my daughter's homecoming at WT. This decision proved to be a significant mistake. On Saturday, October 14th, an unfortunate incident occurred. While housekeeping was cleaning our room, my cash was stolen from inside my luggage. Unfortunately, there was no on-site manager available to assist in resolving this issue or to review the security camera footage. I promptly contacted the local authorities and filed a police report, hoping they can provide some answers, as the Holiday Inn Express Amarillo failed to offer any assistance. I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. D, the front desk attendant, for her assistance. Ms. D mentioned that she had a suspicion regarding the housekeeping staff member who may have taken my cash from my luggage. However, I was informed that I would have to wait until the property manager, Brandy Young, and the housekeeping manager, Frances, return on Monday to further investigate this matter. I want to emphasize that I will remain in close contact with the Amarillo Police Department and will continue to communicate with regional managers and the corporate office until this issue is resolved. The actions of the thieving housekeeping staff at Holiday Inn Express Amarillo have deeply marred my family's homecoming experience."
