"Just unpacked I will update as my trip goes on. I wanted to warn those booking right now. There is no pool. If that’s why you’re booking like we were then find somewhere else. Our bathroom door does not close which is inconvenient since it’s my husband and I and my grandmother! Let’s see how it goes. Cassi at the front desk is amazing! She is so friendly and helpful. She made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. Room was cleaned and fully stocked. It’s 16 minutes from the airport."

"Terrible customer service. Roach in front Of desk ant check out. Overcharged me and when I caught it they said it would be refunded. I realized they did not send a corrected receipt. I called the hotel and Hilton and was told I have to call the next day for a manager. The overall atmosphere was that the person at the desk really didn’t care . Hilton has lost my loyalty over this $50 hassle. Too many other options in Amarillo and elsewhere"

"Don’t try to book if you are a local. Made a reservation for an anniversary weekend and when we got there to check in we were informed that they would have to cancel our reservation because we were locals. Our room was already paid for!! Locals need a place to have a get away also. We were able to transfer our booking to another hotel so we were able to celebrate our anniversary. Maybe if it was on your website that locals are not welcomed then this would not have happened. Glad it was just an anniversary and not because of some issue with our home where we needed a few nights in a room. I will never recommend this hotel."

"Every person who worked here was so nice and personable. The rooms were nice, the pool was nice, the fitness room was nice. Everything was clean. Snacks are available in the lobby for purchase. Breakfast was inviting. - Bathrooms equipped with large shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap bottles. - The kitchen does not come with heating elements - you have to ask the front desk for one that plugs in. - The hot tub had a knob to turn on the bubbles, but it didn't work. -Our room heater/ac didn't work at all, and the staff tried to "fix" it. They were all aware of this rooms broken amenities, and put us in there anyway. It was never fixed, and we visited during 20° temperatures."

"We stayed here twice and both times was excellent. Staff were friendly and ensured our stay was awesome. Kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Complementary breakfast had a lot of choices. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Overall, we will definitely choose this place again."
