"I really enjoy my time at kolache factory and I love their food! All of their flavors are great and the quality between different locations is consistent. I genuinely love the flavors of the month and I usually get a nice recommendation for something new to try. But, it's very hit or miss with their employees at this location. I asked if there was a specific kolache available today and the person helping me said their bakers leave at 11am and they were rushing me to make my purchase. The only people in the store were myself and my boyfriend. I didn't ask when the bakers leave for the day, I just wanted to know if there was a specific flavor. And hopefully, get a recommendation for a different type I could try. Sometimes I usually end up getting a box and some coffee, but I only ended up buying a couple because of that customer service. I'm really disappointed because my favorite time of the day is breakfast/brunch and my favorite breakfast/brunch place is KF."
"If you want a cheap and always delicious place for a fast breakfast or brunch snack, this is the place to go. If you want specific items, call ahead to see if they have some made. All their items sell quickly. It usually takes them anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes to make another batch. My favorites are the Creamed Spinach, the Jalapeño Popper, and the Strudel Niks. Oh, and don't forget their seasonal coffees from Texas-based, Katz Coffee. Café de Olla is the best! Get here before 2 pm to snatch up all your favorites. >Rewards Program >Catering >Quick Snack >App Ordering >Gift Cards"
"Spinach Kolaches is my fave. Chicken enchilada a lil too salty for me. Philly cheesteak not salty enough? Or like missing something...cheese? Rating: Spinach and cheese > Italian chicken> bbq brisket > chicken enchilada >the philly cheesteak Wish they had something with chicken and mushrooms!"
"Picked up some kolaches to take home as I had not been to Kolache Factory in quite some time. I was greeted when I arrived and they did not have one of my favorites, Italian Chicken, which they used to always carry, even in the morning. It would be a 30 minute wait, so I opted for my other favorite sausage, egg, and cheese. I also tried the flavor of the month, which was Country Breakfast. When I asked about the coffee flavors for the day, I couldn't understand the lady as her accent was thick, and she wasn't speaking up. I had to ask 3x. After all that, she ended up providing me with the plain coffee instead of the lovely flavored coffee I asked for. Sadly, I didn't know until later when it had cooled enough so I could taste it. Most frustrating to me is that this location used to be part of the Five Star network for rewards (which I had), and now they are not. Now if you want Rewards you have to download their App and I was told I could not even apply my receipt from that day to the App since I didn't already have it downloaded. I find this extremely frustrating as most other rewards programs either let you login on a browser or use the App. I don't know if this is with all Kolache Factory locations or just this one, but due to this and the coffee mistake I was less impressed. The kolaches were OK, and as you can see, they do fill them up quite well. They have gone up on the price quite a bit though, $3.45 a piece."
"Hey this place is off the chain. You'll see by the photos that if you passed it by you probably not give it a second though. Had a doctor's visit today across the street at the hospital. I had an extra time so I thought a little hungry I'll try this little spot. Well I walked in and I was mistakenly wrong. Totally flabbergasted but they had so many different kinds of kolaches. Cream Spanish Italian chicken taco I can't name them all but they are all excellently baked it's not your little time you called you from a donut shop. You had to check one out! You'll be glad you did! Hope everybody has a wonderful memorial weekend!"
