"The food is still good, but the chef has not done much of the cooking tricks like before. We have 3 younger in our group, and they are expecting seeing some cooking technique. Service is usually the same. And the cooking exhaust fan need to improve, it was a lit if smoke while you cooking. And your pricing is increasing a lot. May ve need do promotion to attract replete customers. Thank you, Nelson"
"About a month ago, I made reservations for 12 at 6:00 P.M. While making the reservation, we were informed that our group would be split between two tables which was fine with us. When we arrived on time for our reservation, we were told our table was not ready so we waited for about 30 minutes in a packed waiting room. I asked the host staff if they knew when our table would be ready and I was told, “you have to wait for the group before you to finish eating and they’re not done.”. That’s fine, a little strange that we have to wait so long for reservations we made, but it’s a Saturday, I get it’s busy. We were seated a few minutes later. When we arrived to our two tables we were told that we would have to split up in one group of eight and one group of three and sit alongside other groups because “they were so busy”. This was a big surprise to us, we had never been informed of this “policy” prior and we had specifically reserved two tables a month in advance, so we requested a manager to try to clarify things. The manager essentially said we had no option. He said when we make a reservation we reserve the “time, not the tables”. We either had to accommodate them or leave. My group, obviously confused and upset, had many questions. The manager had zero good answers. When someone sets a reservation for two tables, one month in advance, then the expectation is set that our reservation time will be honored and our seating arrangements will be honored. Really disappointed that me and my best friends’ birthday evening started off this way. We just went over to RA Sushi and got seated in a couple minutes and had a great time. Skip this Benihana."
"Benihana is always a fantastic experience and this location is no different. We came here for New Year’s Ever dinner before a concert and left with full stomachs and a nice buzz from the hot sake we ordered. The food is both healthy and deliciously the service is outstanding and the atmosphere is very lively. The hibachi chefs are quite enthusiastic and entertaining and make the entire experience wonderful. Highly recommended."
"It's been YEARS since I've dined here. The last time I tried it, I didn't really like it. However this time it was very tasty. The fried rice with the garlic butter had a great taste and I truly enjoyed the soup and salad. To top it over our chef engaged with us and even played a few tricks on my daughter and my husband. My 1 year old started crying when the flames got really big but I knew that was going to happen. I also tried one of the holiday mocktails. Overall, we'll definitely be back. In total we spent $136 including tip. We ordered 2 kids drinks, 1 Mocktail, hibachi shrimp, and hibachi teriyaki chicken."
"Love coming here! I am always greeted with warm, friendly smiles and great service. The food is exceptional and the mixed drinks are delicious and beautifully presented. Would recommend this place for any occasion."
