"Went to this location over the weekend. Bought a pair of clipper blades due to my clippers falling to the floor and the blades breaking. Well I bought a new pair at this location. Got home, screwed them onto my clippers and tested them out by cutting a patch of hair on my arm. The new blades pulled and matted my hair instead of cutting it. Took them off and screwed them on a couple of times to make sure it wasn't a installation issue. ... Same results. Took them back... And that's when the experience took a turn for the worse. My interaction with the store Manager was horrible. She was cold, contentious, and passive aggressive. I was basically told all sales are final (wasn't mentioned at time of sale), and that there were no refunds ( I wanted an exchange). Called customer service and was basically told it was my responsibility to deal with the manufacturer to resolve. Now I'm out of the money I spent and I'm stuck with a pair of defective blades. Until l contact, pay to send, and wait possibly weeks for new blades. Sally's will no longer get my business, and I'm telling all my friends about my experience. Thanks for nothing Sally's Beauty Supply."

(black hair wears glasses) She was a really great help for me. “Linda” found the exact items I needed from a description and was patient. Helped me out a lot : ) they were out of a lot of things esp on a Friday : / Didn’t planned on spending that much but it was great deal/sale so win win"
