"Very unsatisfied with how my hair came out, I did my hair blonde in the front and the bottom and there were SO many missing spots that showing my natural color and the black part of my hair still showed through my natural hair color as well not even completely black. They were also doing multiple girls hair at once and they completely rushed my hair because of that as I can tell, I’ve never been to a salon where they do that. I didn’t even want to go to try and “fix” my hair I just wanted a refund, when I messaged them for a refund they didn’t want to because “they were happy with the outcome” and said how my hair took so long but it was because they did other girls hair at the same time as mine and continued with me last. My hair was noticeably dyed before, if you can’t do what the client wants please let them know instead of ruining their hair. Super disappointed."
