I had a horrible work week, and the young lady I had, Kaitlyn (I'm sorry if I spelled your name wrong!), made all my stresses melt away! Seriously, she was by far the sweetest stylist I've ever met. She listened to my every needs/wants and was also very transparent with me which I greatly appreciated. I felt like I had made a new friend. :) They are all very attentive and professional to their clients, and Kaitlyn made sure to check in with me many times before coloring or cutting my hair further throughout the appointment.
