"Yesterday I order a 2 hour delivery before 4pm and I never got my order until today. I excepted it to get it yesterday since I placed the order yesterday before 4pm. I need it the product to fix my hair for an interview and I didn’t get it in time and had to go like that to my interview. Bad service never send me a email or message to let me know my order wasn’t going to be here on time ."

"I go to Sally's for some makeup and most of my nail supplies. They have quality products designed for professionals, are courteous, somewhat knowledgeable, and mostly helpful. There's just a high turnover and the employees are very young. This location (Almeda-Genoa) apparently does not sell a lot of nail polish, so some of it is old. Be sure to check the bottle before you pay for it."

"This location is so bad. The workers feel superior and refuse to speak Spanish to Spanish speaking customers. I ended up translating to this women who couldn't understand the employee who obviously is Hispanic and has a really thick accent with her English is so bad."
