"Every time I come after 10pm the doors are locked. Bull$hit. Not how a business should operate. I just joined and am probably going to cancel if this doesn’t stop. Hours say “open ‘til 11am.” I pay so if I want to go sit in the sauna from 10:30p-10:55p I can. Nope. Not here. They lock you out. Not ok."

"Restroom and locker rooms are nasty, almost 75% of the cardio machines upstairs don’t work or a function won’t work, and will remain broken for weeks at a time. The staff is 50/50 as far as helpfulness goes. My account was somehow canceled and was not let in even though it was paid. The gentleman who opens in the morning was always friendly and has a great attitude. This gym has a lot of potential but the day staff is a bunch of kids who could care less about anything or anyone else. Happily joined another gym after this one gave me disappointment after disappointment."

"Edit: While in general, it's clean. That's the only real leg up you have on 24 hour fitness. I had LA Fitness for a while in the past. I recently came back after moving back to the area. Machine's have rust all over some in spots customer could end up getting in there legs. The maintenance team and managers can't tell me they can't see the globs of dust that are on the locker room fans. You used to walk into an LA Fitness and at least notice the difference in quality for what you pay for. Now, not so much. Heck, at signiture locations, towels use to be included now thats not even the case. Bathrooms need a makeover, and the staff is friendly. Overall, it is clean, but cardio machines are worn out."

"Swimming pool, basket ball court, squash courts, personal gym training area, warm up zones, machinery area, thread mill area, elliptical area, weights zone, cycling zone and saunas are available here. Stepmill for cardio is available here. There are scheduled training classes on everyday like yoga, zumba and other classes are scheduled. You can check the timings and attend with the membership with no extra fee. Pantry available inside. Personal trainers available."
