"I only order online. However, my order is always correct. It's rarely crowded inside, but drive thru line is often very long. So if you're in a rush, order online and arrive about 6 minutes after the time given for your drink to be ready. If you are expecting an employee to acknowledge you when you enter the store, don't. As they do not greet."

"I do not usually leave reviews and I've never been to any Starbucks that did not give good customer service. However, EVERY time I come to this exact location (which is not very often), it is clear that they are prejudice and racist and do not care to serve African American people!! I walk in and get looked at like I was in the 'whites only' section and was not greeted or served (they claimed they didn't have Medicine Balls), but the White guy that came in behind me received the greeting that all customers should. Needless to say, I will just be sure to not visit this location again!"

"I don’t like going to this location, but my wife wanted to go. The service is fine, not outstanding. The store is tiny. People in line to order their drinks are being bombarded and pushed aside by people leaving with their drinks. Feels like I’m in a closet with agro coffee drinkers. Gross experience."

"My drink was made perfectly. The staff works well together and gets drinks out fast and accurately. If there are any issues with drinks, the baristas are very enthusiastic about remaking it with no questions asked. The inside is a bit small, so it’s not very comfortable to sit inside to study/do work (in my opinion), but great for grabbing your mobile orders to go."
