"I always shop at Beauty Empire but this store always looks less busy and has better parking. I wish I would have just gone across the street. I bought two anklets 5.99 along with some other things. I only received one anklet and when I went back in they pulled a tape that had poor quality that showed only one anklet. I was refused a refund. They lost out on future business because an employee misplaced one item. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here unless you have disposable income you don’t mind loosing."

"Omg where do I start I went to ultra beauty supply and the Hispanic girl was the most helpful and knowledgeable with everything her customer service was phenomenal she took her time to listen and understand my concerns I’ve been to other stores but none like the feeling in encounterd here pits people like that Hispanic lady that makes a business bloom I’ll be back for sure thanks for all her help"

"I went here shopping for wigs (human hair) The young lady was very nice. I didn’t see what I was looking for and I asked if they had any lace fronts and the unthinkable happened. She proceeded to tell me they were too expensive. I wanted to make sure I heard her, I said too expensive for you all to carry or too expensive to show me, she nodded yes to the latter. I politely spoke words of wisdom to this little young heart still offered her the tip that I give when people take time to help me she was to embarrassed to take it, as I proceeded out the door I stopped by to let the owner know which I’m sure he is the reason for this behavior. Nothing about me said I couldn’t afford anything I wanted in this store. That’s why I chose it. You in the middle of the neighborhood Sir. I could say more needless to say I’m done with Cullen St. behavior."
