"I purchased a colonic package and had 1 credit left. Called today to see about scheduling it and was told it expired. I don’t recall getting any sort of email, text or notification that it was expiring soon and needed to be used. I may have been told about the 18 month time frame but that was a long time ago. It’s sad to prepay money for a service and then have it taken away. They received their money and apparently that’s all they care about. Would not suggest this place unless you are only going to get the one service for that day!!"

"My 1st EBOO Therapy Treatment at Detoxity has recharged my body! Feeling renewed is an understatement! I am energized, immune system is intact, kidneys are functioning at full capacity and Libido…is through the roof! Nurse Jen was amazing getting my IV lines started (I’m a hard stick) she ensured I was relaxed. The procedure was simple and over in under an hour. "Not professional, very scammy. I called looking for more information on their colonics, described my current medical conditions, asked if it could help, the tech said yes. They were going to set me up with a same day apt, but needed me to talk to one of their nurses to pay $54 for a RX for the colonic, that I could not take with me, but could only use for 6 months at their facility. They made me pay for the $54 RX and a $50 deposit, total of $104 before even walking in the door. I logged onto the zoom link with the nurse, who didn't even show her face, so a phone call would have been sufficient, to learn that I was not eligible for the apt due to my health history. The same history I told the tech about. I asked for a refund for the full $104, the nurse agreed. I called the front desk back, explained the situation, she agreed to process the refund as well. Then I get a call back from the tech who tries to bully me into a $50 refund and that I had to pay for the zoom apt that lasted all of 30 seconds and no RX was even written because I wasn't "eligible". After much back and forth the full refund was given back to me. So much hassel for an apt that never even happened. I wouldn't waste your time at this place. Find a better place that is more trustworthy and not just looking to cash in on you."

"My first time floating was nice. I thought the tank would be darker but the top lights didn't turn off. It was a bit hard to relax due to this. The ventilation could have been better. And the shower's water is having hot water issues which I understand. It would be nice to have a real neck rest instead of a pool noodle. it wasn't the most comfortable for me. It was not the float experience I was expecting but I do feel less tight in my body. Thanks for the experience."
