"Unfortunately, I put 3 stars because even though I got my hair done and it looked excellent, the red faded out of my hair less than a week after getting it done. (For reference I had them dye my hair black with red tips) I was instructed to only wash my hair with cold water, which I have been and more and more dye comes out every time I wash it. I also went in for a cut/ color and never ended up actually getting my cut :( now I take responsibility for not reminding my person that I was there for that but I paid 300 dollars and was there for 6 hours. The girl who did my hair was super sweet though and did a good job :)"
