"I struggled to write this review as I’ve had positive experiences with Flair in the past, however, my recent experience was not great. I went to Karissa for a balayage and walked out with a pretty severe chemical burn which forced me to cut approximately 3” off. It’s pretty upsetting to pay almost $300 for color that has to be cut due to your hair being fried. I waited several months and decided to go back (again, she’d colored my hair in the past without any issues so I gave her the benefit of the doubt). I asked for a “chocolate brown” toner and she asked me to show her inspiration photos, which I did. She used a toner which pretty much made my hair it’s natural color. Now I have paid over $350 to have my hair look like it naturally does. Also, prices have gone up an exorbitant amount. I believe they charge $70 or $80 for a simple haircut. I’ll be looking for a different salon/stylist."
