"I choose this hair salon because of the good reviews and honestly I think it’s the best hair salon I have ever been to. I needed a specific style of hair cut for my thinning hair. Jessie was my hairdresser and she is amazing!!! She listened to all my concerns about my permanent hair loss, and how I’m very sensitive to most shampoos, and that I don’t really use much heat for my hair. She didn’t use much shampoo, and was very considerate of all my concerns. She even blow dried my hair using the cool option to not aggravate my hair loss even more. A couple days after I noticed I couldn’t really style my hair properly so I went back to her asking if she could layer up or texturize for me. Again she listened to me, did exactly what I asked her, and she didn’t even charge me. Customer satisfied for sure! She is my new hair dresser!"
