"I made a honest mistake at the store when I purchased a few bags of hair & the staff here was very polite and patient with me when I became upset about a mistake that I made. They did not once become rude or frustrated with me.. one of the beautiful young ladies that work at the cash register reviewed everything with professionalism & we eventually solved the issue when we notice I made an error. The team here is very awesome & I have to thank them for keeping it professional and polite while working with me. God bless the staff they are wonderful."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The Owner of this location is a funny looking racist Asian woman. She is very rude. Doesn’t great customers or appreciate their business. There are literally 10 other beauty supplies in the area with friendly service. She got upset because I said hello. Very NASTY woman. Never going there again. I guarantee if she were in a white neighborhood.. her attitude would be much better."
