"Today on the dated 12-04-2023 at 3:30 reached out to first counter salesman at Elliot Electric Supply Katy TX asked him to please give me Breaker BR 1515 EATN he asked me the price each breaker was $ 52 I told him I have an account with you then he asked me $ 48. I checked through cell phone Home depot price and lowes is selling same breaker in $ 26 I asked him it is big difference he said it is Elloit price if I am getting low price from home depot or lowes I can buy from them . I will not recomended to buy any breaker from Elliott Electric Suppply all Houston area they are robbering customers with both hands"
"Everyone over here has covid. Reasons: 1. Everyone is too busy. Persons behind counter were busy either texting or staring into their monitors. 2. No one asks you if you need help 3. No one smiles. 4. Management is indifferent to the needs of the customer. They should take down their sign and replace it with CUSTOMER GO AWAY. Save everyone some time."
"Great place for your electrical needs. Employee helped me to purchase the correct breaker to replace one that was falsely tripping, there was plenty in stock and I felt comfortable that I had the correct product. Also they have a huge stock of Klein tools, It's nice to know there is a local place with that kind of quality inventory. I'll be back."
