"I purchased a new construction house 14 months ago. Unfortunately, one of my windows lost its seal already. I get it- things happen. I called BFS a week ago to have someone out to address the issue. I left a voicemail with all of my information so they could call me back. No one called back. I called again yesterday morning and left another voicemail because no one answered… again. No one has called me back still. It is said that the bigger you get as a company, the worse your customer service gets. This is definitely true for BFS, at least, it is in my case. Really disappointed in how terrible customer service has gotten since Covid. This is just another example…"
