"Absolutely perfect location for getting to and from Denton's entertainment district. Hotel staff was incredibly responsive, professional and courtesy during last minute check-in. This hotel is located in a safe location with a variety of dining options within a few minutes. Rooms are well kept and very nice."

"The room I was in smelled of rank body odor. Since it was the last one in the size I wanted I stayed thinking by plugging a Gain wall air freshener in would mask it. After two days it was tolerable. I reported it & nothing was offered or done to correct it. Toilets are at a height for toddlers My reservation was changed by hotel & instead of 3 nights I only got 2, then at work I received a rude call threatening to have my property removed. When I called to pay for the missing day I was put on hold. This management staff does not understand American culture. Speaking the language is not the same as understanding it. Stay at your own risk."

"Worst night’s sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. The bed was awfully uncomfortable…very hard. There was no sound proofing between our room and the room upstairs. It sounded like a heard of elephants that were about to fall through the ceiling at any moment. And they were up late into the night and first thing in the morning. One guest’s sleep shouldn’t depend on the other guests. The room has no decor, so it felt sterile. There wasn’t a single picture on the wall. And finally, we were a party of three but there were only two towels. When we asked for more, they said they were out of towels. Really? I gave two stars only because the room was clean."
