"They did color match a small sample I give them that but they sold me on the concept of that it would be better to buy a gallon of paint that it would be cost efficient than a quart and the person who service me said it would be 20 dollars which it was twice the amount when all I needed was a quart."

As someone who values exceptional customer service, I am deeply disappointed in the recent decline in standards at this store. The new manager has single-handedly transformed a once-thriving establishment into an unimpressive and frustrating experience. Unless significant changes are made, I cannot recommend this store to anyone seeking quality service and assistance for their painting needs. I have been a loyal customer for years and have always relied on this store for my painting needs, but this recent experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and considering taking my business elsewhere."
