Best Western Plus Cutting Horse Inn & Suites

"I stayed here recently on a road trip with my family and overall had a great experience. The rooms were nice and and the staff was friendly. However the rooms had a couple issues. The air conditioner made a loud splatting sound whenever it cycled, enough to wake me early in the morning, I initially thought the dog had gotten sick before determining that it was just the AC. The sinks also had plugs installed that were somewhat difficult to remove. Overall the issues I encountered were pretty minor, if I'm in Weatherford again I'd likely stay here."

"Had I known this place was 186 for a handicap room that I didn't even need...I would have booked at a Hilton where at least I get diamond member perks. They didn't even tell me the price until I had already swiped my card. :( too tired to put up a fight tho. I only have the room for 6 hours to sleep before going home to McKinney. Been driving since 10p. Way overpriced and not even worth it."

"The manager who greeted us was extremely friendly and answered the few questions we had about the area and the hotel. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that the water has a very strong smell and it was bothersome but this is not a reflection on the customer service and overall quality of hotel. The breakfast attendant was also proficient and everything was kept clean. The linens and towels were also spotless."

"We had reservation for a Sunday during Memorial Day weekend. I called a week before to confirm and wanted to see if we could check in early. I was assured the room would be ready by 3 for check in but since it was a holiday weekend they were not able to guarantee an early check in When we arrived at 3:30 on day of reservation the desk clerk told us our room was not ready as it had still not been cleaned. I ask if we could please have it cleaned next because I needed to dress for my sons wedding. Another 30 min passed and the desk clerk had no clue if the room was being cleaned After another customer came in and was given his key immediately I went and begged the clerk to please let me have any room available so I could dress for my sons wedding. She looked and had to call the Manager to help her find one similar to our reservation that was already clean and ready The room was hot and smelled bad. We didn’t have time to ask for another room Unfortunately our pet smelled horrible when we checked out of the hotel. She had to be given a bath as soon as we arrived home. Disgusting. There was no soap available at the sink area. And the bath area had almost empty containers hung on tub. The breakfast was served continental style and was available for a very limited time from early morning hours. I will never recommend or stay at this Best Western again. What an embarrassment for the Brand to have such poor service and filthy rooms."

"The best part of this hotel is the staff and owners! Everyone is incredibly nice and friendly! My one night stay turned into four nights when I got stuck Mon-Fri during an ice storm. I was made to feel like part of the family here almost immediately. The room was great, clean, and the bathroom is better/bigger than some other Best Westerns I’ve been to. I felt safe walking my dog around this area."
