"I would have left a 0 if it was a option. Employees are to lazy to do their job and lie about having or not having a product. Ordered shoes and belt on line. When I got there I was told that it'd be another 2 hours before it would be ready. I walked around the store and employees were just standing around talking to each other. I found the shoes I ordered but I couldn't find the belt. I received a message that my order was ready. When I get back to the front I was told that they didn't have the shoes. I went back and got them myself."
"ETHAN! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It had been such a long day, and customer service was about to close, but Ethan served me with a smile not once but twice. He then opened up a register to assist with the long line. Target needs more people like Ethan, he rocks!"
"Nice employees. Cute summer stuff. It was annoying that so many of their storage containers didn’t have lids to match. There was sticky stuff all over so many items. Soda all over one shelf. It was out in the open so I don’t see how every employee on the floor missed it. I feel like this target could do a better job of organizing and being clean."
