"Why is it ok for employees to run over customers, cut them off when walking and block needed items and don't move when the customer says "excuse me"? I have met one, just one friendly employee (not including door people)and that's Janet....have her train all the other employees to be nice, friendly and helpful."
"I went in 7:15 am to try their oil change. 3 people in the bay, no one at the counter. Young guy comes in, I ask about service. He can't tell me anything without reading from the menu. I wanted to know if they will check my fluids and top off? He said I don't think so. He can't add either. He pointed to the menu and said $54 plus $15 per tire on rotation. I said its $5 per tire. He said oh. Then he said so it would cost you about $90 or so. I just walked out.Walmart you just lost business!"
