"Worst service. I understand the groupon was expired and i never forced anyone to use it i asked if it can be used and they said yes and they told me the services it can be used for. I choose facial and even before starting i asked the duration for the facial and i was told its gonna be 60min facial. It was 20 mins in and out and when i asked her again you told its gonna be 60min facial its barely been evn 30mins she started shouting on me that we are doing a favor by using your groupon get dressed and leave. If this is the kind of staff you have one star is way too much i gave it i wish i could do zero start for the kind of service and behavior your staff had"
