"Kim was incredible and extremely fast. I was very surprised. And she was super patient, I arrived late. But she did not get upset and still washed, dried and curled my super long hair within 40min. Lauren was also great and very friendly. She did a really good job with my makeup."

"I usually love coming to this Ulta and feel like the girls in skincare or makeup are very knowledgeable. I had someone yesterday help me with skincare and she was so nice and helpful, wish I knew her name. Once I got to the cashier, Alison, she had no customer service and did not care to explain anything. I asked if online coupons would work on any of my products since I’ve used a online coupon every time or they at least try to scan it or even explain why it won’t work but this cashier just said “online coupons are only for online” with such attitude. Cashiers like that can really ruin an ulta experience."

"Went to this location and had 2 gift cards. The woman scratched the back pin# with scissors and it took partial number off now can’t use it. Did nothing but say call the 1800 number on the back. I call and they said they would send a new card through email but will take a couple hours. Like what am I supposed to do now while I’m at the counter!?"

"MERA IS THE BEST!! This girl deserves a raise. I came in, knowing nothing about makeup, and left feeling confident with all of the products she suggested. She wasn’t pushy, was super informative, and stuck to my budget and wants / needs. It was even her THIRD day. Someone give this girl a raise; she deserves it!!"

"Store is great. Salon? Run. Lady books patients in between services and they all let it happen and will try to tell you it’s because she’s that good— she’s not. She will rush your appointment. She didn’t listen to my comments on what I wanted and looked at examples for 2 seconds. I was sweating and didn’t know how to tell her to stop cutting. She was too comfortable sharing her opinions on how Ulta charging $35 more for a style on a haircut is “fair” … it’s not especially because their website doesn’t say that so I couldn’t even tell how bad my cut was until I got home since I left with damp hair. This was the worst hair experience I’ve ever had. I couldn’t style my hair this morning - wanted to cry and just told myself it will grow but I’ll never trust Ulta again because they all see how she runs her clients and they all let it happen. I still tipped 10% so I paid close to $100 (3 hours of hard earned money as a ER nurse) to hate my hair. Management- just because someone’s been there a long time doesn’t mean you should let things pass."
