"Went for the first time for Brazilian wax. I now have skin burn and am currently so sensitive—I have to heal. Also, they use gloves for their own protection of their hands. Cross contamination is bad here. Before the service, she left room and came back with same gloves. I asked her to change the gloves since she touched everything and I didn’t want germs from door knob on me. She did. My Brazilian wax started. Another customer came in, she touched the door handle- went out the door with same gloves on, left my door open, came back, shut the door to continue services with the same gloves."

"It doesn't matter which technician you get, they always do a wonderful job! My skin is too sensitive for waxing so a friend suggested threading. I'm so glad I found this place. They are meticulous when it comes to shaping and the results are always fantastic. It's a pretty gentle process. Love coming here."

"Save your brows and go somewhere else. I went in and the girl that does the threading was in the back waxing herself so I had to wait. When she began my service she did not clean off my brows before she started threading them. Then when I got done and look, I realized she took off a chunk of my eyebrow and made it less than half the size it was on the tail end of my right brow. I showed her and she was not apologic. She blamed my actual brow and made no attempt to offer a resolution. I paid for my service and left. I have been a loyal client for years and the quality of service has gone down but now I’m done. I will never be back."

"We have been coming to Glamour Threading Salon & Spa for over 2 years now. They have not only been the same from day 1 but keeps the same service every single time we visit. Not to name some local businesses where they make a comment how big the party is that’s coming in, Glamour have never made any comment nor have they ever complained or suggested to come separately. 5 stars does not do justice for the service they provide. "Ive been to this place several times. Have got a Brazilian wax from here on multiple occasions and have been very satisfied. However, I went to this salon a couple weeks ago and noticed that there was a new girl doing the wax. Im not sure if she was new or if the other girl just wasn't there that day. Either way the girl who did my wax that day made my experience horrible!! First and foremost , I have been waxing for a while and this lady made this wax hurt more than my very first wax hurt. In addition to that , she walked in on me while I was getting undressed!! no knock or anything. In addition to that , she burned my lady bits with the wax several times and once I was finished, she didn't leave the room so that I put my clothes back , instead she just started cleaning up while I was still in the room. At that point I was so ready to leave and once I got home , I noticed that she didn't get all the hair!! Like I said before , Ive been waxing for a while now and my hair is on the same schedule and there is no reason why all of the hair wasn't removed!! With that being the case , I noticed the next couple days that I was getting ingrown and that hasn't been a problem before. This visit was an absolute nightmare and I will not be returning. I honestly should've called them to get my money back!"
