"Absolutely HORRIFIC. Made an 8am appt for a video interview that I cannot move. Showed up and their staff has locked the door and no one can get in. I was told it won’t be long and to wait. No problem. I get a call back that they are ready but am asked to move my appt to 12 or 3. No, my interview is at 11. They tell me due to a 9am “group appt” that I cannot have a full wash and style!!! They had no interest to move the 9am appointment but were happy to mess with my booked time. So I had a dry style that took 15 mins and paid $40 for that. What?? No discount for your ineptness. It is NOT my fault your staff is not trained to close down stores properly and that you can’t tell another customer you’re delayed. Absolutely terrible experience. Drew the manager needs customer service training. Horrific experience."

"Went in to get my hair and makeup done and a formal wedding that I was attending. Alondra did my makeup and lashes - flawless. Miranda did my updo. I told her I needed something that was going to last all day and wanted a low bun and I let her take the reins for the rest. She 100% delivered! I got so many compliments! I’m not a big makeup person so my only request was to look natural and that was accomplished! I will definitely be coming back for any styling needs!"

"Ridiculous service. I made an 8 am appointment well over a month in advance before leaving for my own bachelorette party. The stylist (Crystal) decided not to show up and I was told to wait until 9 for her. Waited around 20 minutes and then was told she wouldn’t be coming at all and no one could do my hair. Ruined part of my bachelorette party, do not go here."

"Easy in and out! I made a hair and makeup appt before some pictures, and I was really happy how fast it was (with a reservation) to get my hair done, make up done, and get out the door. My hair and make up artists got exactly what I was looking for, and the prices are pretty reasonable."
