"Second time going today to receive my laser hair removal treatment Anna was awesome ! She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable! The whole staff does and she goes above and beyond for her clients ! They have a little bar seating are to wait and offer you drinks (Water or Tea) . I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment checked in and got seen right away so these two times I have never had to wait a long time ! I highly recommend SedoLaser :)"

"I have been getting laser hair removal from Lynzee for around 8 months now! I haven't purchased the monthly membership (yet) but I do plan on doing so when there are more services I'd like to use! I've always had a wonderful experience, appointments are quick and great! I finally feel CONFIDENT! Because y'all.... hair on your face as woman sucksssss and Lynzee has done SUCH a great job I just love her! And ALL of the staff honestly! All so sweet and welcoming. I've never seen one person unhappy, never heard a single negative thing about this place. I recommend Sedo to everyone!!!"

"Amazing service while you have a sedo select membership. After that, forget about basic customer service skills being extended. I had messages and emails go unanswered and when I called, someone picked up and immediately hung up the phone. My laser hair removal service was a waste of time and money, too. I am only giving two stars because several of their techs are amazing and kind and the service was somewhat decent for the first year or so I was a member. And yes, the other reviewers are correct, they essentially bribe you for a positive review. Nevertheless, if you live in the area and you want mediocre service at a nice establishment, this is the place for you."
