"This salon is full of empty promises, I came in for a consultation to ensure what I wanted was attainable and I was assured that it was. I came here thinking I was in good hands because of the great reviews on Yelp and Google and my overall experience was everything but good. I asked to go from black to a light brown almost blondish balayage and I got copper hair that is horribly blended. Don't get me wrong the color is fine but I don't appreciate looking like my roots grew out when I paid for a well blended dye job. After mentioning that to her she said "not it looks great" and sent me on my way. Two days later after receiving tons of feedback on how poorly blended my hair looked I called back to see if she could just dye it all the same color instead, she said yes but she would have to charge me! -So let me get this straight!? I pay $226.00 dollars to get something I didn't ask for, I tip you $30.00 dollars and when I want you to fix your own mistake you expect me to pay ANOTHER $226.00 dollars! What happened to making things right? or delivering on what you promised? This place has shown me that they could care less about their customers. It's mostly disappointing because I was hoping to give this salon another chance and possibly be a recurring customer however, after this experience I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully they read this review and grow as a business because you don't treat your paying customers the way I was treated.
