"I am extremely dissatisfied. We got stuck at a light on the way there which would make us a total of 8 minutes late(3 minutes after the late rule). He was there for a trim. I called to let them know we would be three minutes late and she said absolutely not, that the stylist will not take anything after 5 minutes and was not kind about it. I would understand 10 or 15 minutes and no courtesy call. I explained to her I woke my 3 year old up from his nap for it and we got stuck at a light, and she continued to refuse a total of 3 minutes late after their 5 minute rule. Rude, unprofessional, not empathetic at all either. Not kid friendly whatsoever. Someone needs some customer service training on tone. That specific Pigtails and Crewcuts has lost our business easily."

"Excellent and friendly staff. Made my 3 year old very comfortable. He doesn't like anyone touching his face or hair. The stylist was patient and calm throughout. They have some toys for sale and also a good sized play room to keep the kids occupied while waiting."

"Brooke did a fantastic job with my little one’s first haircut!! He was fidgeting and kept trying to grab the comb and his hair, but she was so patient with him. And his hair turned out fantastic despite all his moving! We will definitely be back to see her."

"We came here for our son's first haircut! Koby was the one that cut his hair and she was AMAZING!!! He never fussed or felt uncomfortable and she was so patient whenever he would move or get distracted. I of course cried since it was his very first haircut and everyone was so supportive and understanding. If you get the first haircut package, they even bring snacks and keep the first lock of hair that gets cut for safe keeping in an envelope they give you at the end that also has a picture that they take and print out for you! They also have a playroom and the haircut chairs are different things like a taxi and an airplane etc. I CANNOT praise this place enough. We will definitely be back again and again. If I could give 10 stars, I would!"
