"Stephenie cut my friend three times and took 2 hours and 40 minutes to do French black acrylics nails. She did not get a design. The receptionist checked on us multiple times but offered nothing even after we complained. It wasn’t until I said “it’s her first time can she get 20% off?” then they actually did something. We had made an appointment with Kelly but the receptionist handed us off to Stephenie. Read reviews on who is the best. DO NOT let them switch your person. I love Brian for dip nails."
"Kelly always does a fantastic job (light green almond) and she always makes sure that I am happy with the results! I highly recommend kelly! Stephanie did such a great job on my manicure (french tips almond) and Ivy did such a great job on my pedicure. I love this place and will always come back!"

"The lady doing the pedi gave me cuts on 2 toes. They take shortcuts like making me dip my hands in ball of acetone to get rid of the old nails which dried my skin so bad and made a mess all over my hands. The guy who did my nails did the color dip less times than the usual and I ended up with see through nails. And finally when you pay please check what you are paying for because they were charging us 302 and when I asked her why she said sorry we did a mistake and the right was $240. I don’t like this place. Very dishonest. Replying to them: I was asked to pay this amount and when I asked why and how she got confused and said we did a mistake. Even the reply to this review was dishonest. Also I didn’t have any lotion and you put the oil when I asked you to. What about the cuts on my toes and the dip nails that you can see through them because you did a double coat of the base and one dip of color. Thankfully your reply to my review is enough to prove my point."
"I love this spot. They do such a great job. The manager Kathy is so welcoming. All the nail tech’s are super creative and take such pride in their work. Kelly is my favorite but they are all great. I wish there were 6 stars."
