Their prices are reasonable and most employees are genuinely nice. A few of the cashiers are a bit RUDE to customers. Like, no customer service experience..."
"I come from Keller area just to buy my supplies from this beauty shop. Shonda is the best, patient and knowledgeable!! She greets me with a smile & by name. She is full of energy the whole time. I come in there with a photo of what I want my hair to look like and she is able to help me choose everything I need for that desired style. She has not let me down once!!! I keep showing up for her great customer service. Loose her & loose me!"
"Good products, a very big selection. Management seems nice but front cashiers are rude and full of attitude. I inquired to speak to a manager about a discount since the item was defective and she didn't even try to notify him when he walked by, then she let me know to go and find him if i wanted to talk to him myself."
"Nice beauty supply store for all your hair care needs. The super in "Super Beauty" definitely isn't an understatement. This place has everything that you will need and more. This store carries a large selection of hair. From wigs, to weaves, to crochets, to braiding hair. They have all sorts of hair products too. There is even a makeup section and a tiny clothes section. The cleanliness of the store is ok. It doesn't affect the products tho. The employees are nice. There are no public bathrooms here. Tldr: big beauty supply store with a huge variety. 5/5⭐️ would recommend"
