"This CVS has been great for all Pharmacy and quick needs but do y’all own a vacuum? It’s always filthy in here. Trash and dirt all over the carpet. This pharmacy is healthcare, makes me want to go elsewhere."
"The pharmacy is full of rude people that are supposed to be helpful. At the beginning of the year, I switched to not having medical insurance. I went to get a prescription filled and it was going to be $78. I pay for the GoodRx subscription for prescription discounts and when I showed my information, the lady with a heavy accent was very obviously frustrated. She took my phone without saying a word and took it to another guy to do the discount. He rolled his eyes and put the information in. The price changed to $22, so it was worth it. Then today, I needed two more prescriptions. I went in and again showed my GoodRx and the same lady said “the prices aren’t that expensive. You don’t need it.” And proceeded to ring me up. I’m sick and didn’t have the energy to argue, but who is she to say what discounts I either need or don’t need? Absolutely ridiculous."
"Do not use this pharmacy (CVS Boat Club Road)! They are not properly trained to use the electronic prescription system. I had to make FIVE trips to the pharmacy to pick up medications called in by my physician. Not only did I have to call my dr to verify that they had called meds in to the correct location, under the correct name but my doctor had to call them as well. Completely inept. Customer service is severely lacking to top it off. If you are sick, this experience will zap every bit of energy remaining"
"They can’t even order my medication and we’re very rude when I asked when I might see it. Walgreens has had it both times this has happened to me. Save your time and just go to Walgreens. Cvs won’t even allow me to speak to a manager to find out how to get my medication."
