"BEWARE....! WORST HAIRCUT EVER..! I first want to start out with saying I have visited this place several times. My high school daughter has short hair little bit longer than sholder length. She asked for some bangs that's would fade into her layers. She got one of the worst hair cuts I have ever seen. Her hair is cut straight across above the eye brows. When I asked for it to be fixed for at least try to do something with it. Since it was cut so short. The lady looked at my daughter and told her what do you want done with it. How do you style it. Umm ma'am that should of been one of the 1st questions you ask when getting a hair cut I thought. The hair cut is cut so short and so messed up there is no fixing it. I felt as if she didn't even care to help out my daughter with what she messed up . When asked for a refund I was told if you can get a coupon I can give you 5 dollars back. I said if I'm not able to find a coupon I won't get a refund she said yes ma'am no refund have a good day. I am more upset with the fact my daughter has to walk around with this nasty haircut. She don't even want to go back to this place so I can show a manager or higher up. I will never come to this place again.."
"I have very thick and long hair. (I'm from Hawaii, so you can imagine) I haven't found a place that could cut my hair and bam!!! Jennifer did such a fantastic job on my hair. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I WILL COME BACK HERE EVERY TIME. And Everyone is Absolutely Wonderful"
