"The customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I walked in and was asked if I needed help with anything. I responded that I was just there to buy gel polish. The employee then proceeded to tell me about the current sale. They had posted buy 2 get one free signs on all nail polishes, including gel. I proceeded to pick 3 nail polishes. As I was being charged the employee tells me that they aren't part of the sale, that sometimes the company sends them a list of products that apply to the sale. My problem with this is that it was promoted and advertised as part of the sale. The employee was rude and defensive. That's the stores mistake not the customers. They should of looked through the list before posting the signs. I asked her if she could call her manager and over ride it. She called her and she was rude as hell. They both gave me attitude. The manager said that this would be the first and last sale they'd be doing like this. I hope this so called manager"(mel) gets some reprimanded for leading her team with a lack of customer service."

"The worst customer service by what seems to be the only supervisor there. Completely ignored me when coming in, ignored me when looking for a product and ignored me at check out to get the customer behind me. Even when moving the product i wanted to purchase around in front of her to give her the hint i was ready for check out. Never coming back to this location again"

"I usually go there they are very nice but recently I went Thursday and the lady didn’t even help me at all. I had asked her about the bleaching and such and no help whatsoever."
