"I just moved to this area form another part of Austin. I guess all HEBs are not equal. This location is bad. The selection is not even close to close to what other HEBs offer. The produce is bad. This is the 2nd trip I've mad to this store, I didn't even buy produce this time. The tomatos left a funk smell on my hand and all lettuce option were turning bad. The milk fridge has leaked milk over every jug and for the 2nd time, I get home and my milk has leaked all over the car. I'll drive to the HEB further down next time. I won't be returning to this one."
"Extreme discrimination and harassment of customers, really bad when there's constant instances of employees/managers harassing and trying to bully customers over e-scooters, hoodies (it's 16 degrees outside so why would hoodies be a problem, and as for the e-scooter, if that's a policy that's perfectly fine and acceptable but there's a certain way to approach people and you don't approach customers about a policy by shouting at them as your first contact with them, nor do you approach customers by getting in their face, trying to be tough, threatening trespass warnings, etc.) I will wait for the bus (only if the bus is late), inside the store with my e-scooter everyday until it's above 32 degrees. Which will probably only be tomorrow, and we're talking about 5 minutes or less. All the aggression was unnecessary. I've been a paying customer at this store with zero issues or wrongdoing on my part, and I'm not even a difficult customer, (I work in customer service at a similar job), I get in, get my stuff, and get out. This store has lost a long-term customer and has me wondering if I should shop at ANY HEB after this. Remember, enough nonsense and businesses go the way of Target and Bud Light. Please don't let HEB be next."
"Relatively small HEB compared to the rest of the HEB locations around Austin. Less product offering and no sushiya. Also, parking lot is full with unreturned carts."
"Bought this meat today the 27th, opened the pack and it smells horrid. The bottoms of the meat all look brown and bad. But the tops were pink and good looking. Dropped $300 dollars in there today for this mess. Unacceptable! 6/7 packs I bought today were BAD. The employees are so nice and that's why I gave them some stars."
