"I went to buy a birthday cake with my mom and the lady that was there had an attitude and when we asked her if she could write something on the cake she just said “no” my mom couldn’t even finish her sentence."

"The lady in the hot food area was very rude. Usually very friendly ladies greet me and I will speak a little Spanish. It's not good but at least I try. I asked for a torta de carnitas. She knew I was trying to pronounce it and made me say it several times. The lady then went and got another worker and I repeated the same thing. She understood me. The unfriendly worker was told what i wanted and said no we don't have that just tacos and what's in front of you. So I asked no burrito she said no, nothing else. Then when I paid usually they will ask if I need salsa, I had to ask her for salsa. Not a good experience."

"I'm giving El Rancho one ⭐, because they've raised and lowered the price of the toilet paper so many times, since my first review (11/17/2020) it would make head spin or give you a headache. Since that review, the mgmt. has changed the price of their toilet paper from $2.99, $3.99, $4.28, and $4.99 per 12 pack. I'm not interested in this going back and forth frenzy. Forget about it. I'll stick with HEB and Walmart, and whoever offers me a sale. they've decided they do not want customers to come to there store just to get discounted toilet paper. [And, I was a regular customer.]"

"Mexican store located in Research blvd. Staff were friendly in locating the items . The store was neatly labelled and packed. Parking is available in front of store with wheelchair accessible parking."
