JD's Supermarket #6

"If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. The worst store I have ever been to. I love Hispanic stores because they usually have all my favorite snacks. As soon as I walked into this place, every single employee was giving me such ugly unwelcoming looks. When I was checking out, I told the cashier that I needed a gas tank. She forgets to charge me for it with the rest of my items. She charges me for the tank separately and walks out to unlock the gas tank case and tells me that I just need to put in the tank I’m swapping for. Not once did I tell her that I was swapping tanks. I told her I needed to purchase a tank, not swap. Apparently they don’t do that and expected me to have known that. I then had to go back inside to get a refund and the lady who issued my refund had the worst customer service face I’ve ever seen. I was among Hispanics like myself and they treated and looked at me like an outsider. Que triste estar entre mi gente y que me traten así. Nunca regresaré y hablaré con la oficina corporativa."

"As soon as you enter the smell!!!! The bakery looks good but the awful smell ruins your appetite! Por favor hagan algo del olor adentro."

"I ordered two pieces of brisket. At 12.97 lb. I paid about $6 when I got home all I received were fat. I also ordered menudo The tripe or large pieces with no hominy. I ordered half a pound of barbacoa. Now that was good. The customer service was extremely bad. I think JD employees are not taught to be friendly to their customers."
