"Horrible service with no respect for their customers! I was lied to by one of their techs. The color I chose ended up being the complete opposite and they blamed it on the company they buy their polish from. Instead of removing the polish they painted over the color that was already on my nails. In the end my nails looked very sloppy and thick. I told the tech I was not happy with this. She said she would try again however after already spending 2 hours there i couldn’t stay but i could come back another day and she assured me that was fine. When I went back the following day and I was told I’d be charged for these services. I tried to explain myself many times but they refused to listen. I have contacted my bank to dispute these charges and I will never return! My hard earned money will never be given to people like this!"

"Terrible experience!! My acrylic nails started falling off 8 days after I got them done. I went in to speak to a manager cause I paid $85 for these! She said “you should’ve called two days ago when they started falling off. I can give you a 10% discount to get new ones.” She wanted to charge me $60 to fix them! She would not accommodate me at all. She said they have a 2 week policy and it had been less than two weeks! And when I told her it had been less than two weeks, she said “oh it depends on the situation.” DO NOT GO HERE!! Milano Nails in Atascocita is 100% better!"

"Used to come all the time but the past few times have been bad experiences. Got them done yesterday, woke up to a fungi infection in my finger and then on top of that they made the whole right hand completely crooked and did not fix it even after it was noticed. I spent $150 plus a tip for me and my mom and they made hers crooked as well."

"I have had good and bad experiences here. I have scheduled appointments and the nail tech didn't come in that day. I also loved my nails. There is no place where things are going to be perfect all the time. Overall it is an ok nail salon with talented nail techs. It's clean. They have plenty of nail techs on duty."
