"Amazing amazing place, by far the best nail salon I have ever been too.. the customer service is impeccable, my nails and feet turned out A1 and I didn’t want to leave. I made friends while here and even had a margarita in house while getting my nails done. Definitely coming back and bringing my family next time!! Worth every penny!"

"Horrible! Will never go here again. Do not listen to the hype. My hands feel and look like trash and I am fortunate I do not have an infection. The lady who did my pedicure was great but Johnny (so rude). 1st I asked if they had time and if they were sure they did not mind doing my fill because I wanted to be kind and they said yes. Johnny came over mid pedicure asking what I wanted (he seemed frustrated) and he was because he took it out on my hands. Started drilling and was so rough and rude I was floored. Did not ask about the shape (just did what he wanted) and I was left with red bleeding cuticles. The powder had some type of funky white specks in it and the powder burned like my nails were on fire. After he finished I was too exhausted to tell him anything so I talked to the manager who told me there were no white specks in my nails and had someone else look and agree. I basically wanted to pay just to get the heck out. I am not a picky analyst when it comes to my nails but I would like to be treated kind and get what I pay hard earned money for. 3rd time I have been there and I thought I would give them another chance because each time my pedis were fabulous but the techs who work on your hands need to realize you are paying them for a service. So sad."

"So disappointed in this nail salon. I had high hopes because the interior is so nice & so was the receptionist. Johnny is terrible. He did my nails & he made it seem like he’s the best at his job. My 15 year old cousin could’ve done this same set & they would’ve stayed on. Two of my nails broke the next day. As I was getting them done I told Johnny they felt loose. He had an attitude when I said that so he says he’ll refund if they break because he trusted his work that much. I never expect a refund from nail salons as I know all sales are finals but since he said he would I went back. He wasn’t there & the receptionist (who was so nice) said she didn’t understand why he would say that but reassured me that all sales are final. She found someone to fix it & she made sure none of my other nails were loose. Another one broke today but I’m not going there anymore nor would I recommend"
