"Absolutely LOVE the new employees at this Spencer's! Or at least the ones that were working the day i went (4/28). They were all fun, happy, great customer service. My sister and I were Wowed! The last few times we've been here have NOT been the greatest and we would literally go all the way to the Woodlands to go to a Spencer's. This last experience has changed our minds and we are so pleased with it. Thank you so much!"
"The staff (manager) is super friendly. They're helpful and knowledgeable in where stuff is located and will get it down in a timely manner. The store always has a large variety of easily recognizable pop culture references and the music does really fit in with the items being sold and is really enjoyable. Which is why it's the first store I hit up every time I enter Deerbrook mall."
