"Need to get rid of "curbside" pickup, seems to be a waste of time and contributes to their Higher prices that In-store customer's are paying for. In addition to that, The new HEB stores isles are obviously more 'narrow', than others like Kroger and Walmart, and You will find on every aisle you travel down, you're blocked due to the HEB employee shopper pulling items to place on a large oversized dolly, Always makes it harder to navigate through the crowded aisle. PLUS, I gave a - 1 Star- Review, but the Algorithm automatically listed as a 4.5 ???, unless it has reverted back."

"The curbside pick up is horrible. Please save yourself the headache and time and go inside to make your own groceries. I received a text stating my order was ready and sat at the lane for an hour before getting my order. Spoke to the manager who was very rude."

"I never leave reviews but I have to for this location’s curbside. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! This is the third time I’ve had to wait over 40 minutes to get my order. They give you a 30 minute window to pick up your order but they take 45 minutes to bring your order out. Make it make sense…."
