"They have to have the worst customer service in town. Now this establishment changed owners a few years ago. I still came here but wasn’t always happy. I recently less than two weeks ago got a pedicure and the experience was not good. The file job was horrible and my polish was even worst. Now they wouldn’t even allow me the opportunity to dry my toes even 10 minutes because it was 7pm. This the first time any shop did this to me. I bumped one getting out of the chair because I had to bend over to put up my own things. I took the bottle and touched the one toe I messed up. The next morning after they dried you could tell how the polish wasn’t even fully applied to all my toes. So I went back for a redo. They grudgingly did so. So now today 8/28. I said maybe they just had a bad day. I try to give people the benefit these days. So I cracked my big toe and said let me stop and put on tips. Because I wasn’t getting a full pedicure and they remembered me 5 techs was sitting there with no one in site. Said they all have appointments coming. I know they lying as I’m still sitting in the parking lot 20 minutes later just to see as I type this. It’s okay. It’s too many shops in the area for me to force my business on this shop. It went down hill after Rose and her crew left anyway. It use to be cleaner looking on the inside too. Just my honest review. I never once got out of character. My business will be appreciated somewhere else."

"This nail shop has great prices, friendly, courteous employees and plays good music too. I will definitely be back. The guy did my nails and took his time. Made me laugh and was very thorough. The lady who did my pedicure was also very thorough and did a really good job i almost fell asleep. Next door to outback. Give em a try guys."

"If I could rate 0 stars I would ! Very rude and bad customer experience. Do not give them any of your money I spent $93 on my nails and toes just for my nails to be crooked and have black specs in the nail and powder residue left around my fingers. And the same situation with my toes ! STAY AWAY!!"

"What I wanted vs what I got. This was my first time at this salon and the experience was horrible. The workers were very unprofessional. I was charged $45 to take off acrylic nails and have this acrylic set on my toes. They did not give me a normal pedicure treatment (sit in water, massage, and clean feet).They didn’t even clean the dirt from my toes as you can see from the clear acrylic. This was not the color or style I wanted at all. I had to explain myself 5 times for them to understand even after showing them the picture of what I wanted. Worst nail experience ever!"
