"I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I’m from Louisiana and new to Texas. I tried this nail shop as a suggestion from the leasing agent at the complex I moved to. My first experience on a Saturday was with a younger female who actually did a good job. She was friendly and it made me want to go again. I went today, on a Wednesday and my experience was completely different. They weren’t friendly at all I initially requested dip polish on my nails and a pedicure. The older lady that did my nails was rough. She drilled one of my nails to the point that it broke. She didn’t want to be patient and allow the dip to soak off, she wanted to just drill it off, which made my nails thin and brittle. She filed them crooked and didn’t even buff the nails to a smooth finish before applying the clear coat. I was so frustrated. As soon as other workers came in she began to speak in Vietnamese. It was obvious she was talking about me because they all looked at me. When she was done I got my purse and walked towards the register, she said “no pedicure” I replied “no thank you. I paid and left. I am someone that always tips because I’m a firm believer in rewarding customer service. It was my first time ever paying with no tip included. I will drive to Louisiana to get my nails and toes done before I ever go back to this place."

"So first off I have been here before! I didnt know if it was just the person or what the first time. But nope its them I gave a 2nd chance hoping it would be different. Alright so I came here wanting it like the 2nd picture.. clearly not what I got on the 1st picture. So I'm standing outside waiting for my ride and of course I see just how glittery it is so I go in and I was like can you please make it darker at least we have to much glitter not really what I want He said yes for 30 dollars I was like really. First off the first time they did it, it was really light they put the gel which made it the glitter but this still isnt dark enough on the display it looked really dark. that's now how it turned out at all. Then you can see he didnt even put the gel on the whole nail. Like I am really disappointed they charged me 40 dollars and i dont even get how they are not worth this at all. Just so very upset and cant believe they wanted to charge me more to fix their mess up. Yes I said yes to the colors but they are not displayed well at all! Will never come here again."
