"I got my acrylics done with regular glitter polish. By the time I got home, the polish was lifting. Before this, they checked if the polish was dry because I was sitting it under the fan so the nail technician came to check if they were dry. I came back and got them fixed, one of the nail techs explained to me that glitter nail polish doesn't dry because is cheap... This made no scene to me because if the nail polish does not dry or mess up easily why offer it? I can sit under the fan for an hour and the glitter polish won't dry. It's upsetting because I always get acrylics with regular nail polish this never has happened to me. They should pay more attention to their work instead of just trying to get you out the door."

"Had my eyebrows waxed like three times here. The first two times they did great. The third time, it was another lady, she was very unwelcoming and I sensed a very bad attitude from her. Well she messed up the inner corner of my left eyebrow which left me distraught. Obviously didn't say anything. I just paid and walked out. Do better. Please. You're a business."

"They all acted like they were high or on something. Very rude and disrespectful. Everyone sitting around not doing anything but watching me sit there. I believe I was being discriminated against for being a larger woman because they took several women who walked in before me. They acted like I was going to break their chair or something. I left after not being helped this time. They truly need to be investigated."
