"Service quality is on a rapid downhill slide. My last visit mid-day mid-week found not a single checker and they closed a bank of self check registers leaving a long line to join the line at the other group of registers. After waiting and checking out my groceries, with at least 3 employees watching, I went to the customer service counter to express my concerns but it was also unmanned. I asked a store employee to see the manager and she told me to go to customer service. I explained that no one was there but she didn't offer to page or assist. So instead of a private conversation with a manager I'm posting my displeasure publicly. Wake up Kroger!"

"On more than 1 occasion, customer parks in curbside parking, gets out and goes shopping leaving little to no spaces for the curbside customers. Employees see this and don't say anything."

"Placed a order for pickup at 2 pm Thanksgiving day a day before as I do every year. When we show up to pick up the order, they tell us they have no wings and asked me if anyone had called me to let me know. I called the manager Jason and he said there is nothing he could do. I understand that they ran out of the order I placed a day in advance but a heads up would have given me the chance to find a replacement for my party. Everything is now closed and I’m at a loss if what to do. Big fail guys!"
