"I’ve been going here for a year but the owners are the unfriendliest people and each time I come in I feel like I’m bothering them for spending my money there and I also tip well. This last time the female owner was watching her show on her cell phone while doing my daughter’s nails. She never asked if she liked them and when my daughter asked her a question about her nails she responded “ I don’t know” and continued her show. She would actually stop working to watch and laugh. Tom was trying to get my nails off by pulling them off which hurt terribly. I asked for a fill but apparently needed a new set but he never bothered to tell me that. When I finally said ouch he laughed. I am done there. Now I see why the place is always empty when I go in. I truly was hopeful each time I went in that it would be a better experience but it has only gotten worse. It is a convenient location and I do like the way he does my nails but will not spend another dime there to be treated like that."

"Absolutely and without question the BEST salon experience I have ever had. The staff worked beautifully, sometimes alternating who was working on my pedicure and manicure, but never once wavering on quality. I was ecstatic about the finished product and enjoyed the overall work, admiring how the tech finishing the job did not stop until he was satisfied they were seemingly flawless (and with no comments from me to prompt it; he just seemed to have the tenacity that said he never gave less than his best). The clientele they had were all also really kind and relaxed which helped make the whole place feel very welcoming."
