"The lady gave 3 cuts on one eye while doing eyebrows and one cut on the other eye. It’s burning so badly. One eyebrow shape is different from the other now. Basically, I wish I never got it done from them. So so unprofessional. I’ve been getting eyebrows threading for so many years and this has never happened before. This place should close down! My eyebrows are ruined and I’ve to go on a trip. I’m extremely disappointed."

"Homa did an ok job at threading my eyebrows. She took off too much, when I specified to only clean up as I go to a regular lady but she was not there, on vacation for 3 weeks so I had to either wait or give someone else a try. Not too upset because my eyebrow hair will grow back, just hate the fact I have to deal with it until then, when I specifically told her what I wanted... several times... Then after she did one eyebrow, she asked if I liked it.. told her, well no but what can be done... put my hair back (in a nice funny manner, no reason to be rude when she had already done it). So I told her do not do the other brow like that... needless to say..can you image how they look.. lol Any one say eyebrow pen! Gave a tip because this is her job and I am sure she has bills, just like everyone does."
