"I've gone here for years now; but regular customer are no longer valued for their loyalty or business. The customer service has gone from bad to worse. I make an appointment at 9am or sometimes the day before only for it change every time. I understand 10-15 minutes but a whole hour. I pass at least 10 nail salons everyday to and from work. So sad to have to write this but others should know."
